In this guest video, Chef Johnny from Texas Style BBQ and Cuisine makes a Smoked Turkey Breast Sandwich on the Slow ’N Sear® Kettle.
That smoked turkey breast sandwich is one of the biggest sandwiches I have made. I tell you that huge turkey breast sandwich would feed an army. This is an easy recipe that includes a simple brine to pack your turkey breast full of moisture and flavor. This great boneless turkey breast was about five pounds and only took about two hours to smoke it to tasty perfection on my kettle smoker. Then the Blackstone griddle made the sandwich-making part a breeze. Do try the turkey skin chicharrones for that extra crunch and the chipotle mayo you can't forget that.
