Beef ribs are always a treat. Short ribs even more so. But when I get the chance to smoke some Wagyu Beef Short Ribs, I’m in heaven. And to really make this special I get to prepare these beautiful ribs on my new Slow ’N Sear® Kettle.
Rib Rub Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
- 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
- 1 TBSP Paprika
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
