I've used this a few times with my Weber Kettle now. Works great. Holds consistent temp on indirect side very well. I agree with Meathead from amazingribs.com that this is an awesome accessory for the Weber Kettle.
Haven’t had much time to test it yet, but the one cook I’ve done seemed surprisingly easy and steady at low temps.. Weber 22” Master Touch E-5775.
Worked flawlessly the first time I used it. One comment though. Would be great if you had a small handle on the water tank so that if I want to remove during the cook when it is boiling hot, I can get a better grip on it with my gloved hands. I like to remove the water before searing to make sure I get maximum temp. Thanks!
Everything arrived quickly and works wonderfully with a little help from YouTube. Never done something like this, so it was a learning experience. I grill easily 3 times a week, year round, and this was a wonderful addition. Only complaint was I've cut myself once and stabbed myself once on burrs - after the second one I went over everything to make sure I don't get anymore surprises.
