This thing is a tank. It's keeping my Temps dialed in like never before. Only four stars because I'm still waiting for my return money. I sent back the stainless delux drip pan and ordered the cast iron drip pan.

Bought the sns deluxe gold bundle, and it is awsesome! I used to have grease fires from indirect cooking. Now with the drip pan, that is a thing of the past! You can go slow or sear/grill with the same setup!

You can definitely tell this is made in China. The grates showed up bent and the spacing is uneven between each run on both grates. I expected the basket to be welded, however only the water pan is. The rest is constructed with rivets. Edges on drip pan handles are still somewhat sharp. Not impressed with the construction for the price point paid. We'll see how it works to cook with. I might update this review after. However for now, not impressed.
