Love the SNS options for my Weber
I am figuring this out. I'm using it on a 1988 Weber Kettle. I've done 3 rib cooks on it, and I think I have it down with my system. It made some delicious Baby Back Ribs last weekend. I don't have any temperature gauges other than my stubbornness and hand but it's working great. I've only done ribs so far. Will soon adventure to other delicacies. I'm very happy with the SNS and the options it gives my Weber.
slow n sear deluxe platinum
This Product is amazing, I've never smoked anything in my life and this is super easy to use. First time i made babyback ribs they came out perfect. On superbowl sunday i used the extended grill grate for beef ribs and was able to do 2 racks of baby backs on the easy spin no problemo! Just ordered some rockys rub and a smoke hole today. Somebody give these guys an award!
SNS to the rescue
Team, first I would like to say Thank You for the wonderful customer service. Secondly I am currently serving in the Middle East. I have been wanting to bring my taste of Texas to some of my team mates. Low and slow Brisket and Pulled pork. With the Slow and Sear you have made that possible your product well exceeds my expectations. Well built and does exactly as you say it dies. Your tutorial videos are great which gave me the know how to do it right the first time I used the slow and sear. Got it just before Xmas which allowed use over here to have a taste of home. Thank you. Would love to try some of the rubs you have in your inventory. Any recommendations or samples that would bring an American taste of home to a few that can't get that right now. Thanks agian and can't wait to try more if your products. Good bless to you and the SNS team. As always. Two zones are better than one! Vr Shane Garrison
Phenomenal setup !
This might be the product you didn't know you needed. I went all in on the Deluxe Platinum. Seemed like a major purchase at the time, but it really expanded the different uses my simple Weber could perform. The ability to control the indirect heat while grilling is greatly enhanced. I can literally do everything I want on a whole other level. The ability to smoke with this setup far surpasses what my stick burner can do for up to medium cooks. The 2 level cooking surfaces give you a great flexibility by pretty much doubling you available grate area. The griddle area also comes with a grate giving you the flexibility to do beer can chicken. The grate area above the coals that flips up give easy access to stoke the fire, add wood, add more charcoal, or water if needed. It makes a primo area to sear anything you want on it. It's almost like it gave me a lot more useable surface area.. Gonna do a turkey, 2 huge turkey ******* and some drumsticks for Thanksgiving. To be honest, my only regret is that I didn't pull the trigger sooner. Honestly
