Made from nearly 4 pounds of sturdy 304 stainless steel, the Drip 'N Griddle Pan is perfect for indirect slow cooking, roasting, baking, or as a flat-top griddle for cooking bacon and eggs. Its raised edges contain messes, and the easy-access side handles make cleanup a breeze.
The moveable Water Reservoir/Pan holds one quart of water for hours of steam generation (at 225F) which helps add moisture to the cook for low and slow and can be removed when needing hot and fast searing power!

Drip pan – Place the Drip ‘N Griddle pan under the food, either on the charcoal grate or on the food grate if using a rack to elevate the food above the pan.
- When using the Drip Pan as a Griddle – Preheat the pan on the indirect side prior to placing over direct coals. If placing the pan on top of the Slow ‘N Sear, a half-basketful of fully lit coals is plenty. Avoid exceeding medium-high heat to prevent warping.
- Prior to first use as a griddle, clean with standard dishwashing liquid and rinse thoroughly.
- After use, scraping the surface with a metal spatula removes most residue. Stainless steel pads (ex. Brillo) can be used on hard-to-remove areas without compromising the Drip ‘N Griddle Pan finish because there is no finish!
