Improved Version of the Weber Smokey Joe
"This is the perfect travel grill, and includes some creature comforts that are missing from the Weber Smokey Joe. The inclusion of a Slow 'N Sear insert for 2 zone cooking, the improved bottom vent with extended handle, improved handle on the top vent temperature port, and smoke hole. I really do think the SNS travel kettle is worth more than the double the price you'll pay versus a Smokey Joe.
Good Quality Sturdy Grill
"I'm a newbie griller with some research and this is my first charcoal grill. I wanted a Weber but I wanted all the bells and whistles along with high quality grates rather than doing the mods so i decided on SnS Travel Kettle. Glad I bought this high quality grill so I can learn from my cooking and charcoal rather than a bad grill's mistakes. The charcoal basket is made of thick metal.
