“As a Pitmaster and Chef, I cook and test rubs a lot and this is absolutely my new favorite and “Go To” seasoning for chicken, turkey, and even pork. Perfect combination of herbs and spices that takes my meat to a new level of deliciousness. A powerhouse!”
Lee Ann Whippen, Champion Pitmaster and Restaurant Chef
"I had the beef rub tonight on a ribeye and a filet. An amazing steak rub! Absolutely delicious. All sorts of flavors! Like nothing else I have tasted in the beef category."
Jeff Belmonti, BBQProshop.com
“They’re like magic, they really make a difference. Absolutely fantastic. You’re taking it to another level! And I love that there are no carbs or calories in the Poultry and Red Meat seasonings. And I tell ya I absolutely love the sauce. You can put it in potatoes and meatloaf, and your Sloppy Joe recipe with this is absolutely amazing.”
Chef Jasper Mirabile Jr. of Jasper's Ristorante in Kansas City on “Live! From Jasper's Kitchen” KCMO Radio

These rubs are some of the best I’ve ever tried.
Have not tried the Poultry so no review for that. Pork and Meat rub was too sweet, not bad but more than I prefer. Not enough pepper for the Meat but then I always crush my own. Would I purchase it again, not really sure as I just wanted to try this rub but was not looking to replace my own.
Tried the rest, THESE are The Best!
I've been grilling / smoking for 60 years, I've tried all the rest (big names), but these are the best by far! Since I (almost ) always tweak recipes and cooking methods/procedures, these are BASE rubs with an almost infinite number of combinations (see Donald Knuth - Art of Computer Programming: Semi-numerical Algorithms). And, Yes, I'm trying to replicate with my own herbs, but I'll still buy more over time. @Davisbarbecue - about to move all the content to AmazingRibs.com and delete the IG account.
This is a nearly Perfect Poultry Rub. I use it under the skin with a little butter, and it makes for great tasting chicken. Works just as great on turkey too.
I belong to Amazingribs.com pit crew so we know these rubs and seasonings. These are some of our favorites to buy if we don’t feel like making from scratch.
