From Sebastian at FOGO:
“FOGO Charcoal is a family business. We work hard every day to produce the very best Lump Charcoal we can, because we are passionate Outdoor Chefs ourselves. We cook at the Beach, in the Backyard, baking Pizzas, grilling Fish and Lobsters, to Low & Slow Beef Ribs and Brisket on the Kamado we do it all, pretty much every day.
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with our product, please let us know if we can improve something or if you had a good or bad experience. We want to know it all so that we can keep getting better and keep growing this small company.
We highly recommend our products for use in the Slow 'N Sear Kamado Grill for the best grilling experience.
And most importantly, THANK YOU for choosing our products. Without you all this wouldn’t be possible, so thank you very much for your love and loyalty!”
We love the consistency of the quality (no foreign objects in the bags) and sustainability of their sourcing. FOGO is truly a premium product made by a class act company. We support them and hope you will too.

Nice execution. Ordered on a Tuesday and it was on my porch Wednesday. This is premium lump charcoal. The pieces are large. Not a half bag of dust. It helps me to enjoy my new SnS Kamado even more.
The charcoal lasts. I am finding that FOGO burns longer and I always have coals left after my cook and ready for another. It has no chemical taste either. A win in my book!
Great charcoal and super fast shipping. Only company I could find that would ship to military stationed in Korea!
I switched to this after the Weber briquettes became impossible to find near me. The charcoal burns very hot and long, and the pieces, while not exactly consistent, are big enough that I'm not too concerned about dust. As for the price, I discovered that I can also get these bags at my local Ace for about $25/bag. 2 for $40 from SnS is better, so I'll keep getting it from there unless I need it "right now". I usually have now foresight than that though. Nice job!
I have enjoyed this
