I can not express how much of love the Slow&Sear. I used it this past weekend to make two racks of ribs, and after six hours, they came out better than any ribs I have ever smoked before. After wrapping the ribs in foil, I placed the rack over the dripping pan, and smoked some hot dogs and hot links for the children while we waited a few more hours for the ribs to be done. I love it so much, the first thing I done this morning was order the elevated cooking grate, because I know that I will be spending a lot more time on my grill now.

This thing is great! ****** easy to use, and the results have been fantastic! Worth every penny, as far as I am concerned. As for the extras, the second rack turned out to be great for grilling sweet potatoes and bacon.

I have used the Deluxe Bronze S-n-S about five times in the past week and a half. It is fantastic. I especially like the ss drip/griddle pan as it catches all of the drippings on the indirect side and acts as a heat defector at the same time. The coal basket is huge and I can't imagine a cook that would demand more fuel then this thing can hold. I have not used the water reservoir yet for a slow smoke but it looks like it will do the job very well. The one thing that pictures and videos can't portray fully is how heavy and well made this product is. It is definitely made to last my lifetime. Great job S-n-S!!
