Today’s kamado-style grills, based on a centuries-old design, are well known for their thick, insulated walls and excellent heat retention. Typically, coals are placed in the lower portion of the cooker and food is placed on an upper cooking grate creating a one-zone cooking environment. Temperature is uniform throughout the grill’s cooking surface whether cooking low ‘n slow or at temperatures 700°+ F for searing.
The Slow ‘N Sear® Kamado Grill has all of the sought-after characteristics of a high quality kamado cooker and then delivers MORE. When utilizing the patented Slow ‘N Sear® inside the cooking chamber, this kamado enables a true two-zone cooking environment that provides smoking and searing zones better than any other kamado on the market, yet retains all of the baking/roasting versatility you've come to expect from a kamado style cooker.

Assembly took about 25 minutes, instructions were fantastic and all tools included. Stand is sturdy and shelves can hold weight. Have done a pork shoulder and chicken and both came great. Took a little time to get used to the temperature control but once I figured it out I was able to keep the pork with in a 5 degree band for nearly 6 straight hours. Can't wait til give the shoulder another go

I've already smoked a chicken, made cauliflower gratin and baked muffins in it. The temperature locks in and it just goes. The options with the included accessories are unlimited. Oh yeah also cooked a very thin salmon steak on the extended rack. I'm actually outside right now baking potatoes and about to throw on a flank steak. Best purchase I've made in a long time. Thanks SNS!

I have had many grills. This one does it all. My favorite of all I've had.
I have had many smokers and grills. To find one that can do everything was impossible until this grill. It's awesome and I highly recommend it.
It really is so versatile! We're glad to hear how much you like it. Thanks for giving your feedback!
I've had this grill for a few months now and I just simply love it! Coming from a guy who had zero previous experience with a Kamado type grill, it has been so easy to use and with some of the SnS recipes, it has provided some amazing results! We had my Dad come by for his 60th birthday and we smoked ribs and a tenderloin and it came out perfectly. I just followed a lot of the SnS advice online, used my Maverick XR50 Thermometer to keep track of the internal temps and hung out with family and friends while we cooked. Most recently we low and slowed our Thanksgiving Day turkey on it and not being a highly experienced cook, I was a little nervous about it being Thanksgiving and having a bunch of people over, but a few hours later it turned out to be maybe the best Turkey we've ever cooked. It is without question worth the investment!! The best compliment I could give this grill and set up is that very shortly after that Birthday dinner, my old man purchased one as well.
