Drip 'N Griddle Pan - Deluxe
3-in-1 Grill Accessory!
The Drip ‘N Griddle Pan – Deluxe lives up to its name….and more!
Drip Pan – Made from nearly 4 pounds of sturdy and durable 304 stainless steel, the Drip ‘N Griddle Pan is contoured to fit perfectly next to the Slow ‘N Sear on the charcoal grate and helps with airflow. The air from the bottom vents is forced to exit through the bottom of the Slow 'N Sear, which makes the fuel hotter. Also say goodbye to messy foil – even the biggest messes are contained by the Pan’s raised edges and the easy-access side handles make cleaning up after a cook a breeze!
Griddle – Transfer the Pan to the cooking grate and place it above the coals for a flat-top grilling experience on your kettle. Bacon and eggs, anyone? Note: Stainless steel can warp if it's placed over extreme heat. You should only use a small amount of charcoal when using it as a griddle to prevent warping. Preheat the pan on the indirect side of the grill before placing it directly over the coals.
Warming – Use the cooking grate to allow maintenance of much lower temps on the indirect side, while still having enough heat to sear when needed. (see photo)
The Deluxe version features sleeker, streamlined edges; exterior welded handles and comes standard with a stainless steel Roasting Rack! Use the Roasting Rack together with the Pan for a complete roasting solution. Or take advantage of the specially designed feet that allow the pan to sit directly on the charcoal grate making it a simple, easy way to transfer small items on/off the grill.
Compatible with 22″/26″ kettles and the Weber Summit® Charcoal Grill.
Pan and roasting rack are dishwasher safe.

Drip N Griddle Pan Deluxe
Seems to improve the air flow to my SlowNSear. Also, it is much better for drippings as it catches everything and allows you to use them if you desire later. I have not tried it as a griddle yet but it is easy to clean up for that purpose. I have used it on every grilling for low n slow on brisket, reverse sear steaks etc. A great addition to my Weber kettle.
No problems with grease flare-ups!
Using this "Drip 'N Griddle Pan - Deluxe" with my new "RT-B380-Bullseye-Wood-Pellet-Grill" and works great! Able to "stand the heat" and grab every drip of grease into the griddle pan. One of the best parts is that the grill fits into my dish washer! Great product and would recommend it.
Listen to the criticism.
I was hesitant to spend $90 on this thing after several reviews saying it warped. I should have listened. Just used it tonight for the first time, using ONLY half a basket of coals, as stated in the instructions, and it warped immediately. They make it sound like this is a heavy duty piece of equipment but it is not. I was surprised how flimsy it was. I would not recommend one to anyone.
We're sorry to hear about the Drip 'N Griddle Pan. When stainless steel is heated, it stretches. It's possible that one side of your pan became hotter than the other. When griddling next time, try positioning the other side over the hottest area to try to create the reaction on the other side, to even it out. Another solution: If you have a gas grill, turn the grill up to the highest setting and put the pan inside for about 20 minutes. This should make it stretch evenly, and make it return to it's normal shape. Once you have it flattened back out, try to keep the surface temp of the pan below 500 F when using it. If you're not able to get it flattened back out, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get you taken care of. Thanks!
The drip pan fits nicely in the bottom of the kettle, perfectly protecting the very bottom from dripping grease. I've read some have commented on sharp edges - mine didn't have sharp edges on the pan - the edges seemed to be a bit rounded. Maybe the problem has been addressed? The handles of the pan were not rounded, but I'm not sure I'd call the edges "sharp." The pan cleans easily and is obviously well made and durable. I have not used the pan as a griddle yet, but the fact that it is aluminum means heat will likely spread evenly and minimize the hot-spot problem which we would have with a steel pan. The grate I have yet to experiment with, but I do see how it can add slow-cooking space when using it on the bottom and then adding the easy-spin grate on the top. Or it could be used this way to assure a lower temp when slow-cooking. It occurs to me it could also be used as an elevated grate if one has a couple bricks or half-bricks for support. Add the elevated grate (sold separately) makes potentially three levels of cooking space! The large opening on the spin grate gives access to the lower grate. There seems to be a lot of combinations which can be applied with these two products (the grate and the pan) which gives it great value!
Absolutely love this first time I used it it worked exactly as described hold my kettle at around 250° and cooked perfect beef roast since then I’ve done chicken ,steaks and nachos.this is a great Addition to the barbeque arsenal.
