FOGO Premium Lump Charcoal - TWO Bags of Our Favorite Lump Charcoal! Simply put, FOGO charcoal is our favorite lump charcoal because it burns very hot, for a very long time, and has very little ash. Each 17.6 lb bag contains approximately 70% medium sized pieces (2-3"), and 30% smaller (1⅓ - 2").
Cherry Picker Charcoal Tool - Where many straight spatulas and grill tools fail, the angled head of our charcoal tool is perfect for moving coals around in the Slow ‘N Sear® basket. Whether stirring up coals for a Cold Grate sear, or pushing remaining coals to the side to add more charcoal during a long cook, this tool executes with ease. Plus, you get the fine precision to confidently pick up small coals (aka cherries) or pieces of wood. Made of 430 stainless steel and a rubberwood handle with “Slow ‘N Sear” logo etched on both sides
- Premium Rubs (1 Bottle of Each) - Salt-free, premium rubs based on tried-and-true recipes we’ve used for years.
Not Just for Beef (5.0 oz. shaker) – a pepper-based rub that’s the perfect complement for beef. But don’t stop there! Not Just For Beef got its name because it’s great on other meats too – give it a try on pork or chicken (our favorite!).
- Rocky’s Rub (5.5 oz. shaker) – named after my faithful pooch, Rocky’s Rub is all about the bark. A brown sugar-based rub balanced with savory flavors that’s perfect for when you want to develop beautiful color and flavor on your meat.
Please note: adding the individual items from this bundle to your cart separately will not qualify for this special sale price.
- Charcoal Cherry Picker
Highly recommend: The charcoal cherry picker and rubs are a great deal. I love trying new rubs! The tongs make it very easy to work the coals and keep your grill running right.
I ordered an SNS Charcoal Cherry Picker and was gifted Not Just for Beef rub. The Charcoal Cherry Picker is a wonderful tool but that's another review. I tried Not Just for Beef on chicken. I prefer to brine my chicken. I find it provides for the most moist and tender chicken provided you don't over cook it. Always use a thermometer. Just hit 165F for white meat, I might take it off early and let it continue cooking. For dark, I like 170F. When buying commercial rubs you'll find they always contain salt. If you brine, either dry or wet, you've got plenty of salt already. You don't need to add more. That's where the SNS Grills' rubs come in. No salt. The rub was great. Tasty. If you don't make your own rub, I don't always have the time and I like to try other people's idea of great rubs - here you go! It's delicious. This rub is pepper-based, according to their information flyer and I like the addition of the mustard. Picture: Chicken tenders on a stick and yes, I did try hamburgers. It was great there too! I wet brined the chicken tenders with salt. for two hours. I rinsed the tenders to remove the extra salt. I used mayonnaise to provide the glue for the rub. Many spices are not soluble in water so something with oil in it will help bring out the spice.
